Kale is an amazingly healthy cruciferous, leafy green. Try it out today!
2 Cups Kale
2 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Tear 2 cups of kale from it’s center vein and lay it out on a cookie sheet
Drizzle the kale with 2 TB of olive oil, and 1 tsp of sea salt
Bake for 10 minutes or until the kale is slightly browned
