Ashley's Vegan Chocolate Mousse



Ingredients:

  • 1 Package Silken Tofu, room temperature
  • 1 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Enjoy Life (Vegan Butter,) room temperature
  • 3 TB Agave Nectar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 TB Pure Cane Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
  2. Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
  3. Put some fresh berries on top for a yummy desert!
